Dr. Mahmut Sami İşlek, Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGU) International Relations Institutional Coordinator made a series of visits to Ghana. Dr. Mahmut Sami İşlek visited Ghana Ambassador Özlem Gülsün Ergün Ulueren in her office to discuss cooperation with Ghanaian Universities. Expressing his satisfaction with this visit, the Ambassador emphasized the importance of concentrating on cooperation with universities in technical fields. During his visit to the Turkish Maarif Foundation, Dr. Mahmut Sami İşlek obtained general information about Ghana from Rıza Feridun Elgü, the foundation representativ.
During his visit to Ghana, Dr. Mahmut Sami İşlek held also meetings with the University of Ghana, the University of Cape Coast and the Ghana Institute of Business and Public Administration. During the meetings, Erasmus KA107 project applications were also evaluated, and it was decided to make an Erasmus KA107 project application in February with the University of Cape Coast and Ghana Institute of Business and Public Administration and to sign a "MoU" (Momerandum of Understanding) with the University of Ghana.
